Owner gives you the run around. No one ever answers the phone. We ordered a headstone back in March everything was fine until we paid for it. Here it is almost July and still no headstone. Every time we call it’s always we’ll get a sketch to you if it or it must have slipped through the cracks or I’ll have it out next week. It looks like I’m going to have to file a fraudulent charge with my bank.

Because I had read a few negative reviews, I was reluctant to do business with this company. I'm so glad I took a chance. Mike Sanders made a special trip to Collierville to meet with us and show us some stones that he had done at Magnolia Cemetery . He helped us design a headstone that incorporated all our specifications. It is beautiful and cost considerably less than those we had priced at other companies.

Worst place to do business. It's been a year since my dad passed away and we paid for the stone the same day and still have not received it . We call they just tell you something came up and then you never hear back from them . The woman in the office is so rude she talks over you . I told her I was going to report them to the BBB and she said she didn't care. Please take your business to someone that will treat you right. Wish I known better .

Despite reading the negative reviews I mistakenly decided to do business with them anyhow. Big mistake. The delivery time was more than twice the promised time. Unless you are prepared for endless aggravation I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere!

This place is the worse my family order our brother a headstone a years and still have in get it. When up there to complain and they told us it will be ready in three days and that was two weeks ago. they should give us a discount on our headstone or refund our money and still make the headstone. Now we can make this into a legal matter because this feel like fraud. I hate to be pussyfoot around for something my family put their hard earn money on. Just give us our damn brother headstone or give me a chisel and I will do either or it better be now soon and in a hurry. Now Y'all Have A Nice Day!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this business a negative star, I would. Poor customer service, extremely slow, they tell you your headstone will be delivered at a certain time and they never show up. Took my family months to get my father's headstone. To top it off, when it was finally delivered, the inscription was incorrect. At a time when we needed top qualify services, this company did not deliver.
