NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...will NOT accept returns. If it's defective you will have to eat it.

There was a time when I would have given them 5 stars. They need to change the name because they are doing a disservice to the man who used to own it. I tried to return a defective part made in Taiwan that did not work within a few weeks of purchasing and even had a receipt. They would not accept the return. I overpaid for the item and tried to do some "local" business and help my community out by paying $50 for a $30 part I could have purchased elsewhere. Local people are supposed to take care of you. I would expect this kind of service from a no-name online retailer. Went to my local O'rielley's and it didn't take long to figure out I'm not the only one who feels this way.
