The Bath Police Department is a full-service law enforcement agency that employs more than 20 officers. It operates administrative, criminal investigation, K-9, animal control and detective divisions. The department also maintains a patrol division that undertakes traffic control, direction and enforcement, motor vehicle accident investigations and arrest of criminals. In addition, it responds to issues related to civil disturbances, domestic disputes and missing children.
