Went in for an iPad Mini thinking I would get the most up-to-date version out. However upon returning home and checking to see what mine was....I noticed it was a 2 year old version iPad Mini 2 not the most current model. Called the store and asked them to exchange for the Mini 4 and informed me that I would have to pay a $35.00 restocking fee. They sold me old stock they were unable to get rid of and when I realized it, they wanted ME to pay $35.00 to restock. I was always under the impression when you goto a store, you are purchasing the most current version of an item unless informed you were not. I will NOT do business with this store again.

I have been an att customer since att took over cell one.. about 15 years or so. The manager at this store has been there since at least that time and has always been extremely helpful way beyond her duties. She is one of the main reasons I have been such a loyal customer. Love the service I get from att and its associates .. thank you Kim!

Came into this store for the first time today and brought a phone I bought on ebay in to activate. They activatedo it, switched all my information and my number and all in a cheap price! Staff was friendly and the associate David was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
