Don't complain, not only will they do nothing but, you will be targeted an abused by the staff if you have the misfortune of going there again. When you are sick and frightened it is the last thing you need is to suffer bad attitude of staff. The second time the doctor was nice, actually seemed to care, the nurses were horrible as usual. Last time was really a treat, I went for a test my doctor didn't write the order correctly and I was given grief over it, told by the employee she had worked there for many years or something and she loved it, why that was important for me I don't know. Then I had my face with my glasses roughly smashed into the side of the mammogram machine. I have had many of these over the years and never had and experience like this. I am an elderly woman, being denied medical care and seriously terrified of needing emergency services while I live here. I have never sued anyone, so I can't figure out why I am being abused by medical staff. I had a doctor connected with Ira I saw upon moving here,he sent me to the emergency room and suddenly denied to see me for any follow up care or office visit. No reason given, I was shocked. What is really outrageous is I moved from PA to NY and my family was from NY, I was asked over and over " Why did you move here ? " Tell me how is that relevant to my medical care. I am seriously regretting my decision and frightened.
