I live in NC but got married in Alpine, NY. For a few days before the wedding, we stayed at my mother-in-law's house to take care of last minute details. I could not find a cleaner able to press my gown with a two-day turnaround. Band Box came to the rescue! I called and they said, "we'll have to see," then told me I needed to get the dress there for a three-day turnaround. I said I couldn't do it and hung up, and Lisa called me back to say that they would put all their guys on it and get it done for me in time. Not only did they get it done when no one else in the area seemed able to, they also did an amazing job! My gown looked beautiful. Please please please use band box if you can--they deserve to do a good business!
