The technician was supposed to be at our home on Tuesday between 10-1pm - no show after numerous calls to the office 610-837-0495 and they continually lied to us saying they had a flat then they were on their way. At 6 pm called and Sal promised someone would be at our home on Wednesday between 10-12pm. Again no show - called and spoke with the technician - he would definitely be there - again no show. No sure how these people stay in business. They just lie to you.

They do nothing but steal from people. I was referred to them by lg. I was having a problem with my stove. I called them to fix it. The technician came to the house to look at the stove and charged me 127.00. He was supposed to order a part to fix it. That was 6 weeks ago. They don't have a clue how to fix it. They play the blame game with the other employees that work there calling each other idiots. The owner Sal promised to send my money back because they are too incompetent to fix the stove. They are now ignoring my phone calls. I called lg to complain and they are just as bad.
Lg products are garbage!!!!!! Stay clear of both companies unless you like to throw your money away!!!!

Just reported this guy to my warranty company for terrible customer service and in my opinion have lousy tv repair service. Waited for a house call for two weeks because they cancelled on me twice on such short notice. Eventually I was told it was a faulty power supply unit which had to be ordered. They came the following week and installed it which worked for less than a week before it stopped working again. I took the tv to another repair shop who told me that the power supply was clearly an old one and should never have been installed. This is absolutely ridiculous and a complete rip off and as such would not recommend this company to anybody.

These people are a bunch of bullsh**ers. They were hired by Home Depot to repair our dryer. Home Depot made an appointment for Friday with us and we made arrangements to be home. On Tuesday International TV called and said they couldn't make that day and time and could they make it Thursday. So again we re-arranged our schedule and moved our our stuff into the hall to give the repair man plenty of room to work. Thirty minutes before the appointment they called and said the repairman couldn't find our house and returned to the shop, now mind you the shop is almost an hour away. My wife asked why didn't they call and the reply was they couldn't find it in the GPS. She then gave them directions and continued to wait.....and wait and wait. almost two hours after the appointment time she called and was told they would NOT be coming because they couldn't find our home on GPS and that it will be Friday. Well....she had them on speaker phone and I ask the guy why didn't someone call and we could have given directions, again he stated that we were not in the GPS. As I started to tell him of all the trouble we went through to accommodate them and they couldn't even call back to tell us they were not coming and had us still sitting there like two idiots, he then said he didn't need to listen to this and hung up on us. All I can say is if this is the way they do business, I don't even want them fixing my kids wagon. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worst and if Home Depot is smart they will find another contractor before they start losing business!!

Terrible, rotten, no good customer service. Was setup with this company through Samsung for a repair of an old Plasma TV under warranty (would not turn on). Waited almost two weeks for an appointment. Once a tech arrived, he insisted, without any evidence, that the television had been struck by lightning, without any evidence to support that claim. As a result, the warranty on the television was declared void after he called Samsung on his personal cell phone to report this, and we were stuck footing the bill for an obnoxious "diagnosis" fee, along with cost of parts and the labor of installation, which required another follow-up appointment.



Throughout the process, the repair tech was extremely unprofessional. He got lost on the way to my house, was belligerent to myself and family members on the phone, and disconnected several items from my home theater stack without my permission because he believed "I setup my tv wrong," simply because the number of items plugged into my tv required an HDMI switcher (not enough inputs on the television itself). Upon request of an itemized receipt, the tech balked, claiming that because he believed this to be a warranty repair, he did not bring his billing paper pad with him. After much arguing over the phone, he agreed to bring an itemized receipt during the repair visit.



Overall, my experience with this company was an absolute nightmare. If available where you live, I highly recommend another local company called Katyl Bros. I was setup with them through Samsung for a previous warranty fix involving a dead pixel on this same television's panel. Service was timely, polite, and only required one visit.

I would give this company negative stars if it was an option. I called this company at the suggestion from Samsung. I called because my TV wouldn't turn on. I spoke to a man who assured me they could fix the issue. A tech came to my home for a service call that costed me $105.00. Then the tech (who brought NO tools with him) that it needed to be brought back to the shop. After several days I called for an update on my TV and a guy answered that spoke with a heavy accent and told me that it was being looked at now and they would call me back with an estimate. A week later I called back and was told the same thing by the same guy after I was on hold for 5 minutes. After another week, I spoke to the same guy again who was obviously angry that I kept calling because he started screaming at me and swearing at me because I said this repair was taking entirely to long and I keep getting the run around. At this point my tv was still not even looked at. I have never been treated so rudely. He again assured me my tv would be fixed immediately.he called back the next day and gave me an estimate which was $375.00 on top of the original service charges because he needed to order a part. This company had my tv for a total of 2 months. When they finally delivered my tv back it worked for a few days and then wouldn't turn on again. I will never have this company repair anything ever.

This repair business should not be passed! The repair tech assessed our TV's problem the same day I called. Two days laters, our TV was repaired within their quote and our budget. Thank you, International TV!!

I took my tv to be fixed there...

I took my tv to be fixed there turn around time is tramendous, they have excelent customer service, and they help you anyway they can even if for some reason your tv is to damaged to be repaired or the cost would exceed the value they do there best to send you home with another tv you will be saticfied with. I know I was saticfied and if I ever have a nother problem this is the place I'm going without a second thought.
