This company is a complete joke and scam. We have reached out to James Allen several times, several messages were left and never returned. It got to the point where we had to go to his office today. He would not even open the door to allow us in. Money has been paid to James TWICE!!! He came over the speaker and just told me if I needed to speak with him that I can call the office and reach him at ext. 302. Everytime I tried to speak, he would cut me off. He tried to get my social security number and I was not the one whose account was turned over to them. He was extremely rude and tried to hang up on me. His customer service is horrible. I do not see how what he is doing is legal. I could not get a complete sentence out before he would interupt me. We were trying to help a client get a home. After reading all his google reviews, I do not see how he is still in business. I plan on contacting the Attorney General and the BBB.
