Horrible when it comes to memberships and communication.



I called the gym as well as visited the facility 4 times in person in order to reach a Josh, who apparently handles corporate memberships. He was unable to be reached in person after my fourth visit there and I was told to call back. When I finally reached him on the phone I informed him of employer and he stated all they needed to do was contact my employer to verify my employment (which I'm pretty sure any human being with a simple understanding of the human language could have done- like the three people i'd seen when I came to the front desk). He was supposed to return my phone call and inform me of when I could retrieve my key for access. It has been two days and no one has contacted me regarding my membership. If it were not for the extensive discount my job offers I would not be patronizing this place.

I think it is a ripe off becau...

I think it is a ripe off because they sucker you into the 7 day free pass. There is no 7 day free pass. They call you to get you to come in and they walk you around THEN they bring you in the office to sign you up right then. So they should tell you up front that they dont have a 7 day free pass. And its extra for the personal trainer. You get them for 1 hour to get you started then they want you to pay anywhere for 1200-2500 dollars for the personal trainer. Its a crock.
