Worst experience of me and my sons life. My son had a musle scalp flap repair he was in recovery for 3 1/2 hrs.and would not let me see him. After assigning him a room it took another 1 1/2 hr. Before he received one Percocet. The doctor who was great prescribe two every two hrs.but he had a hard time getting one every 4hrs. He was in severe pain with fever and swelling so bad it closed and blacked one eye. After complaining they sent a social worker and assistant. That told me to shut up because she trying to talk to my son. My son wasn't feed from midnight to 10:30pm after asking several times and told food was coming I had to drive to get food for him. They forgot to get my son to sign consent for surgery then after 1 1/2 hr. Into surgery called me to come sign. My son and I left and wasn't asked to sign release. They just watched us walk out. Ps. After social worker told me she wasn't talking to me she had my son so upset, and laughed on her way out. We were disrespected like never before! - - no stars and will never be back to this hospital and will seek attorney. Oh by the way my son is a disabled war veteran, which they knew! OMG!!! I had to give 1 star to post my review when it should be minus 00000!

I had an accident with an x-acto knife this morning. It required several stitches, and is extremely painful. The doctor, who never even bothered to see me, suggested I invest in some ibuprofen. Never before have I encountered such a lack of empathy from someone who took the Hippocratic oath. Frankly I'd have been better off with a veterinarian. If I could give the General less than one star, I would.
