My Avalon rearview mirror came off this morning, so I brought it to Bengal Glass & Mirror. The blonde guy (owner?) had it fixed in no time flat, excellent job, and told me if it ever comes off again, to bring my vehicle back in with my receipt and he would fix it at no charge (and "the charge" was only $15!!) GREAT BUSINESS, will definitely do business there again!!!

Bengal has always taken care of the property that I manage I like Russ and yes he may be different but they always take care of me

Did not simply fail to meet a promised delivery date for glass but refused to do so. The owner, "Russ", went into full high dudgeon mode when I asked if my glass could be delivered as promised. And of course resorted to throwing a couple of "f___ing" at me when I insisted on his commitment to honor the promised delivery. I would recommend against doing business with the company.

I've worked with them three times over the past three years to have mirrors installed in my artwork. They are always polite and get projects done within a few days. And they are VERY fairly priced. Russ is great! I'd recommend them to anyone and use them always even though there are other places closer to where I live.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! PLAIN ANS SIMPLE. THEY ARE SOOOOOOOO RUDE AND COULDN'T CARE ANY LESS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED IN MY LIFE. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED PROFESSIONAL, KIND SERVICE. BEWARE OF "PAM", THE OFFICE SECRETARY!!!!

I called this company on a Tuesday afternoon after my window of my house was broken. I was told that someone would get back with me after checking the installer's schedule. Never got a call, so I called them the next week since the Friday following my initial call was a holiday. They said they would check on it and give me a call right back. Two hours passed, so I called them back. I was again told that they would look into in and call me right back. Three hours passed and not phone call. I was initially told that my window had to be ordered so now its been a week and have not had and installer come do the measurements. Obvious, this business has enough customers and don't need any more. If you need a job done soon, don't call them!!!!!
