Provided by YPmobileI called Bon Temps limo service just to get a quote to see how much it would be to pick up in Port Allen and drop off in St. Bernard and I was told mamme if you have to ask then you can't afford it. I said excuse me, how do you know I can't afford it I'm trying to get the best rates that doesn't mean I can't afford it. Then I said did it ever occur to you that the better business bureau could do all to see how your customer service center is. Then she said no they would not. I said we'll if I was them your business would have gotten a serious bad reviews!! Do NOT RENT FROM THESE PPL, there to good for us. That's what they seem to believe.

Provided by YP.com"Worst customer service” Tried to book them for my wedding but wanted to see their fleet in person to make sure it was what we were looking for. Contacted them and the owner said that the bus was in the shop getting the sound system fixed and should be out and able to view by Friday, said she would call us back and let us know. NEVER HEARD BACK. Called following week figuring they got busy and gave them a chance. Got the same run around that the bus wasn’t available to view and she would contact when it was available. Another week passed and NEVER HEARD BACK. Called again in week three on Monday and she said she would have someone meet me to view the bus and they would contact me Tuesday to go view it. Of course, NEVER HEARD BACK. Called the company to let them know of my frustration and told them they would not get my business. The OWNER said "if you’re going to be that meticulous about wanting to see the bus you should take your business elsewhere." She never apologized and asked , "what the hell do you want me to do". The rest of the phone call was her YELLING across the phone about how difficult we were being. Bon Temps Limos is a waste of time and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The worst part about it was that we were dealing with the owner of the company the whole time. If you’re looking to get the run around and treated like crap Bon Temp Limos is the company for you.

Provided by YP.comThe driver did not know where she was going or what she was doing. She arrived 40 minutes late, but they only paid me back for being 15 minutes late. She swerved the entire time; getting on the interstate, she did not have the headlights on, and did not know where they were to turn them back on....we almost hit a rail with her trying to find them. There was also no air conditioning, and even though the driver told them that there wasn't any, they did not believe us because they said they have to go by what the maintenance people told them, which was that it was working fine the night before. Eight out of 24 people did not ride back with us because they were so scared. When I called in the Monday morning afterwards, they did not believe anything I was saying, and twisted my words into thinking I just wanted my money back, which was not the case at all!
This was a bachelorette party to New Orleans. The bus was checked out prior to this event and found to be in good working order. The driver encountered delays on the way to the event but the event ended past the contracted time and a refund was given for the difference. The guests appeared to be celebrating with gusto at the time they were picked up at the start of the event and were constantly moving around the bus while it was in motion, against the advice of the driver. The guests requested a bathroom break in LaPlace right at the point of the last exit before the Bonnet Carre elevated bridge, necessitating a quick diversion off of the Interstate to accomodate them, which may explain the "swerving." Several of the guests had made prior arrangements for their boyfriends to meet them in New Orleans at the end of the event, and did not return to Baton Rouge on the bus. The driver was experienced and stated that she had no difficulty in operating the bus or in driving the route. The air conditioning system did experience a switch malfunction, which was repaired after the event. The Company regrets any inconvenience that the guests may have encountered and assures the public that providing a good experience to our guests is our highest priority. Let the good times roll!
