i was at the sherwood location on 4/30/15 around 8 pm , waited inthe drive threw for about 5 to 10 min. when i made it up to place a order no one answerd for about 2 extra min. drove up to the window no one was there to greet me but i can see them walking around inside, so i drove around and parked and went inside other customers that were there before me look like they have been waiting, so i went up and told the young lady that i think that your drive threw is not working she said in her words YES IT IS, i said i ve been out there along with others as im telling her this there are cars outside the drive threw window blowing and other customers coming in saying the samething then she said MY MANAGER IS TAKING ORDERS AND SHE KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING, with a look of no concern, so i placed my order looking over there bad customer service, with my bank card then she slid my card threw and said my manager have to put a number in, so waited for about 5 min the manager had better things to do, so i decided to leave so asked her name and manger name and store numer witch is 1257 horrible customer service

last vist my chicken was black and I had to wait 30 mins for it.But, I gave them a second chance and they still messed up I had to wait again.........will not come here again bad service

I enjoyed breakfast here. The service was better than in the past at this location.
