DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM HERE!!! You would do better living under an overpass. The ceiling and floor leaked for days without maintenance coming to fix things. My children were exposed to all sorts of bacteria & other pathogens during that time and I could do nothing about it. The refrigerator broke every other week and I had to replace all of my food. After the third time, I requested another fridge and was told by maintenance they needed to wait to see if it was fixed. It wasn't - broke a total of 8 times with the last time being for 3 weeks. That's when I moved out. Everywhere you look there are sketchy people. I was regularly accosted by men at the mailboxes and was eventually afraid to even pick up my mail. People would regularly knock on the door after midnight with some excuse and the police were in the parking lot at least every other week. Someone was shot on the premises while I was living there. And management is a joke. When I complained to the office during the leaks, all they said was "Well, you know the building is old."
