Provided by YP.comOne teller trying to verify a commercial deposit took forever and asked for help. In the meantime the line was out the door and people leaving. There was one teller in driveup and only ONE in the lobby However there were officers sitting in their offices chatting on the phone. I had one person ahead of me. I spent 25 minutes in line. I had the opportunity to open a $330,000.00 mortgage loan with Chase but refused. My reason,,,,,,,,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This branch has a problem
