This a poor company that fails to communicate and interact with the family and patient. Had no communications with the doctors or staff members. Doctors only come to the facility when they are ready with no time frames and does not contact family as to what is going on. Didn't even give a courtesy call after our family member had passed. They didn't try to contact or console the family after the passing until after four months had passed. They will even admit they are a very inexperienced company and still doing research to become a better company. This company moves around from facility to facility, different hospitals and nursing retirement homes. This company also goes by the name THE CROSSROAD OF CLARITY HOUSE. You will be very sorry if you choose this company. They will make everything sounds so good to bait you in, but the choice is your just beware you have been warned
