I have been a customer for over 12 years and have been very satisfied with the service I have received. I have not had one problem or one issue with Climastore. I am very pleased and will continue to do business there. I will suggest Climastor to anyone who needs a great, reliable storage facility to store their valuables.

I checked around town for the lowest prices and they were the best. Customer service was more than helpful. Had no problems what so ever. I would definitely recommend them.

I used ClimaStor while my house was being renovated, and I thought it was a great facility. I stayed a little longer than I had planned, but it wasn't a big deal. It was easy move-in move-out. And the carts they had were a big help. I'll use them again in the future.

I've stored by belongings at Climastor on Mancuso Lane for 18 months. Recently, I went down to my unit and found a dead rat (with the accompanying smell) in my unit; rat feces and rat urine on all my boxes and furniture. Climastor has told me that "they are taking all precautions" - meaning that they are poisoning and trapping rats - and that's all the responsibility they are willing to acknowledge. If you store with Climastor - check the contract! It says that they are not responsible for damage due to fire, flood and - you guessed it - rodents (and probably insects too.) I never imagined that I would have to deal with this kind of damage. Try speaking with Allie - she'll quote you the company line. Oh...and she's very sorry too. I'm giving it one star because there aren't negative stars.
