If you are the woman who was screaming and cursing dropping F bombs every 3rd word, and ranting about bad attitude, if anything you looked like the person with the bad attitude. I was a customer there while you had your childish temper tantrum. You even threatened to send someone back to "take care of him" You never put a $20 bill on the counter. And when you approached the front counter, Alena said you didn't have to pay for any part of the service you received. You acted atrociously and everyone who was a customer at the salon thought you were crazy!

worst experience in my 15 years of going to salon. Was greeted at the door by a young man who said they could do a fresh set & pedicure. When I asked if they offer a gel coat I was told, "it doesn't make them money so they don't bother". He then proceeded to come with a drill as I was trying to enjoy my pedicure & began drilling off my gel polish. Acrylic shavings were getting all over my clothes & wallet. I heard him curse under his breath twice. He then asked if I wanted my nails drilled off or soaked off? I told him he could drill them off gently he could do that. He replied with, "well whatever we'll soak them" with a nasty attitude. Never in my life have I had to leave a salon, in mid service at that. As I came to the front offering to pay for the minimal services they had done, the guy started throwing things around attempting to argue with me. I placed $20 on the counter & suggested he use it to buy an attitude afjustment. WORST NAIL SALON EVER
