CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

Maintenance is useless. Management don't give a flying flip and it's obvious. The garbage has been piling up for 6 months with no attempt to get it cleaned up. It smells bad clear across the complex on a warm day. There are gates that have never worked since I moved in. There is no security whatsoever.



On the other hand if you like your drugs delivered to you, this is the place for you. They drive around the lots on Sundays and the minute the sun sets the rest of the week.



Management changed yet again...yet no one was notified. There's no way to actually communicate with management other than showing up in person during business hours. Even if you do that, they may have randomly closed early, or be out of the office. They especially like doing that on rent days.



As soon as the office closes, the basketball court becomes the neighborhood activity center, and the pool becomes a bath for the homeless. Mentioned it lots of times, but no one cares about that.
