I am a small business owner, recently used Formosa when I had a hard-drive fail. This company was able to recover my data and get me back in business by the next day, and for a reasonable price. Over the next few months I brought in each computer in the office, one at a time, for upgrades and cleaning. The turnaround was quick each time, and charges continued to be reasonable. Bought a printer here also, again, I was satisfied with the price. I'm not a computer expert by any means but I've built computers in the past, so I know enough to understand what is going on; everything including cost was reasonable and explained satisfactorily, no hard sell for anything extra beyond what was needed. I was very pleased with the customer service as well. I'm usually hesitant to put reviews, but this place went above and beyond. I don't have any reservations in sending family and friends here; I have sent several people here and their experience was good also.

Excellent service, knowledge, and years of experience. Solved all issues promptly. It sure beats the big-box store experience.

Mike is one of the nicest computer nerds in town. He knows his business and you won't be sorry for letting him service your computer . He has a great selection of parts and accessories also!
