Don't go there! The beautician left the dye on my roots for 45 minutes while she left the salon and got her child from day care. She then came back put the rest of the dye on my hair for less than 5 minutes. Rinsed it out with cold water, getting my shirt soaking wet. She burnt me with the blow dryer several times telling me that she needed to get a new one because it overheats. After all was done she had to redye my hair because my roots were red and my hair was light brown. Asking for red when I got there, leaving with dark brown. Not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!
