Provided by YP.comTERRIBLE customer service. Good luck trying to get a straight answer or a call back. No one seems to know anything least of all the receptionists, yet they seem to be the only ones you can get on the phone. I would avoid this shop.

Provided by YPmobileBrought my vehicle into Hollingsworth Richards Collision Center on Wooddale, which had major damage. Was concerned that my insurance company was going to make me make the repair, which would severely affect the value of my car. The Very nice people at Hollingsworth Richards did a thorough estimate and the vehicle ended up being totaled. I had such a great experience that my husband and I bought a new truck from Hollingsworth Richards Ford!

Provided by YP.comBrought my car to HR Collision Center after a bad accident and when I got it back it was like new! The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. I would highly recommend HR Collision!

Provided by YP.comI would NOT recommend Hollingsworth Collision.
I had very minimal damage to a chevy 2500 on the driver and left rear passenger door. The work was pathetic. There was spots on the doors that were sanded and not painted. Old parts were reused that they billed the insurance for. They did not remove all the masking tape and paper from the truck when finished I had to do it. The dash in the truck had splatter all over it from compound I guess. The paint looked like they used spray cans. They obvious have no quality control. It took over a month to do what they said would be a 5 day job. If you have a nice vehicle you would be crazy to bring it to these people. Scott S

Provided by YP.comI took my 2011 Ford Expedition in to Hollingsworth Collision Center to have a few small scratches repaired/repainted on the rear left door which I thought would be no big deal. I was told that both the front and rear doors would need to be painted in order to blend the color, etc... What was to be a simple small job, turned out to be a nightmare!
The first time I went to pick up my vehicle, there was additional scratches on the rear door and the door molding had deep scratches and gouges. The paint finish had dull spots and was very uneven.
The second time that I went to pick my vehicle up, there was bubbles and debris in the paint finish.
The third time I (attempted) to pick up my vehicle, there were tiny little craters (commonly known as “fish-eye”) in the finish. At that point, I spoke with the Collision Center manager – Ronnie Viverata and he stated the Armor All had gotten into the paint booth during the paint process causing the defects. He stated and assured me that he would resolve the problem.
The fourth and final attempt to pick up my vehicle, it was very obvious that they were just trying to put a “quick fix” on the problem and not a resolve the problem. When I went to pick up my Expedition, I was so upset. There was so much paint build-up (thick coating) on the left front and rear doors. There was very obvious “running in sagging” in the paint finish. Not only was there running and sagging in paint, because of the multiple layers of paint, the color was noticeably darker than paint color of the front and rear fenders.
My vehicle was at Hollingsworth Collision for over a month and I had made several attempts to contact the owner as a means of attempting to resolve the problem. However, all attempts failed to yield any results. My experience with Hollingsworth Collision Center was extremely frustainting and horrible! I would strongly suggest avoiding doing business with this firm AT ALL COSTS! In my opinion, the value of my vehicle was diminished because of the work completed by this shop.
I finally went to another reputable shop to have the work repaired (successfully) at a cost of $1900.00+

Provided by YPmobileMy experience with Richards Hollingsworth Collision was horrible. First of all, no one calls you to give updates on status of your vehicle. When you call, a voicemail has to be left and the manager calls you at his earliest convenience. Next, they told me my car would be ready twice, I go over there and the car is not ready.
