Ms. Wanda Rivas was excellent! She helped me pick out the perfect gift for my new lady. I told her how long, I’ve been dating my girlfriend and I didn’t want to over spend or under spend for a nice gift.

I for one will not be shopping here again I arrived expecting a professional and inviting atmosphere what I recieved was anything but. As soon as I entered the building I was immediately accosted by an employee named Frances. Frances was very nice and patient as I explained exactly what I was looking for, Frances carefully selected some items for my consideration, suddenly the manager in a rude and highly unprofessional manner told Frances to go assist another guest looking at diamonds. I was outraged to say the least. After Frances left I was then approached by a woman named Kristen. This is when things began to go downhill fast. Kristen was the epitome of rude, inappropriate, and pretentious talking about her fellow employees like dogs and even mocking my purchases by saying I wasn't spending enough. Kristen also made racial slurs toward another guest! I was astonished! I quickly made my purchases and when Kristen was going to give me her card I politely asked if I could have France's instead. Kristen rudely said "whatever." Handed me the card and walked off just to greet another guest with the same phony smile. I would highly suggest avoiding this retailer.
