Provided by YP.comJimmy Johns has very bad customer service. They told me that my order would be delivered in 30 to 40 minutes and when it had been 1 hour I called and they told me that it was out for delivery. I called back 1 hour and 30 minutes later and they still said it was out for delivery. They could not tell me how much longer it would be and did not accommodate me for the time I have been waiting for my food. I ended up having to cancel my food and order from somewhere else. I will not order from them again.
