Great and I enjoy the stay I will go back again

Sunday of Labor day weekend my wife and I was playing slots when a server passed serving drinks & we tried to order but was told she would be right back to take our order. Thirty mins later no server. Seeing another server we ordered drinks from her. Thirty mins later no drinks. Then seeing the original server ordered drinks & she returned in about five mins with drinks. I asked her if she had four ones I wanted to tip her but the smallest bill I had was a five. She said she would bring my change. Thirty mins later I had to go stand at the servers entrance to confront her about my change which she said she forgot. On other visits service had been great. The good servers must have had the night off.

If you are there just to gamble, it's a nice place for that. If you are there to gamble AND get a drink, don't waste your time!!! I was playing the quarter slots for an hour and a half and never even saw a wait person. I did ask three men whom I assumed to be managers, floor monitors, (or someone along those lines) to please send someone over to me. All three assured me they would, but that never happened. This was during the day, on a Tuesday, so it was a very slow time period. I would hate think if it had been busy and if I had wanted to stay longer (which I did). I am so disgusted by the way I was treated and disregarded that I left early and will NEVER be back again!!!!
