They robbed me as soon as I went out the room the cleaning staff wwnt threw my luggage and took my money and tried to say it wasnt them but its only two keys mines and there's

Great

Started out a little ruff with a staff member that I collided with, but after I worked through that it has been great. The staff is so accommodating an the rooms are clean.

I was so disappointed in this hotel. My air didn't work. the tv remote didn't work, the toliet ran the whole night. Asked to be switched to another room which we was and it was even worse. The tv wouldn't turn down and keep getting louder and louder as long as we had it on. And that ac only blew HOT air. Then we asked to be changed to another room for the 3rd time and it was not much better.
