My name is Charisse and I have been a resident at Normandy Village for almost 3 years. The apartments are a little old, but I've had great experiences with management any time we have an issue. What I like most about this complex is that it's quiet and the location puts you in the middle of everything. No place to live is perfect, and in the 3 years I've been here I did have an incident where something was robbed from my truck, but I didn't have it locked, so it was partially my fault. As well, some of my neighbors are snobby and complain about simple things. But overall it's a great place to live and the manager is kind and responsive. I feel like she cares about the residents. I will continue to live here until I purchase my own home. Happy home hunting.

No repairs ever completed when promised. Office manager has issues. Pool is never clean. Wireing is bad. A/c does not work. No onsite 24 maintainence. No security officer. Not a nice place. does not screen tenants. 4-5 living in 2 br apartment is not uncommon. Bathrooms don't work. Old crappy place. Doors don't open and close properly. none of the windows work. really a bad place. Left 2 months ago and moved down the street.
