We are disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience at Party Playground. We have had tremendous positive responses from our guest since our opening in April. Our goal is to provide a fun, memorable experience for all of our guests. We appreciate any constructive feedback as we know it is important that we always strive to continuously improve. Our party rooms are spacious with enough seating for at least 20 children with additional benches provided to accommodate any adult guests that may attend. We appreciate any of our guests bringing any concerns they may have to our attention while they are visiting Party Playground and we will always attempt to accommodate requests and concerns. Party Playground is a Fun Filled, Action Packed Party Place that children love! We invite everyone to come and experience the fun at Party Playground!

From the moment we walked in, I knew it was going to be a complete nightmare. The attitudes were unpleasing of the entire staff and very unprofessional. They didn't greet us, didn't tell us their names or anything. Didn't interact with the kids or anything. It was horrible. Had I followed my gut instinct, I should have gone back to Bouncing Tigers on Siegan Lane where the environment is friendly and warm. The party room was super small with one small table. They set your party items up the way THEY want to and made it seem as though they didn't want to satisfy the needs of the customer. Then they literally rushed us out of the party room and threw our party belongings out toward the door as if we had not just spent $300.00+It was the most unprofessional environment I have ever been in. For anybody looking to have a party at this place, save your money and go someplace else. You will regret every considering Party Playground.
