I have used this carwash facility several times and the facility itself most of the times works properly. However, my issue is that after purchasing the ultimate wash, you are suppose to receive a token for a free vacuum. This does not always happen. On 4/ 9/2016, I made a $12.00 purchase and did not receive a token again. I went thru the wash and only received a rinse cycle and not a wash. Paid another $5 for a basic wash on the same day. I have called the company for several days (225) 752-0245 to request for a refund and make a compliant and to no avail no one answers the phone. I had to find the phone number online. There is no contact info at the carwash to call about your concerns. I don't plan on using this facility any longer.
