HORRIBLE GROOMERS!

I brought my 25 lb. mutt for a trim around his tail, which was $35. When I picked him up, they charged me $62! I asked for a breakdown of the charges and was told "no." As the steam rose from my ears, some idiot in the back yelled, "It's because of his breed." They decided he was a 40 lb. Australian Shepherd! Livid, I called when I got home, got that same stupid woman with the bad hair and Australian accent, who then told me it was because he got a full body trim, which I did not want. She then put me on hold, and when she came back, she said it was because they used scissors instead of clippers! That makes 3 b/s excuses. Then, the hag hung up on me. I called again and said I wanted any document I signed outlining care to be waiting for me. These people are horrible!
