I had not ordered from this location in a while because it would literally take almost an hour or more to get your order when it was suppose to take 15 - 20 minutes. But I ordered tonight and did not get what I ordered even after paying online for extras. I'm done✔️

I must say this Pizza Hut on Bluebonnet has been great for our neighborhood! Pizzas are always hot and delicious!!

I wish I could rate this place with "no stars". The three times I have ordered from them, my delivery has taken OVER an hour and fifteen minutes, with their record being an hour and 35 minutes late with the pizza cold and hard as cardboard. No explantations, no apologies, I have never had a pizza show up at my door warm and within the allotted time promised....and the pizza from last night never showed up at all. And the real kicker is, I live exactly 1/4 mile from this pizza hut on Summerwood Drive. Furthermore, I have a roommate who chooses to pick her pizzas up and shows up in the 20min frame they give her, only to be asked to wait an additional 40min. This has happened multiple times. Who runs this place?????????????????????????/

I got a ozone and it barely had meat in it and it wasn't cooked all the way through
