The Division of Probation and Parole/Adult is a part of the Louisiana Department of Corrections, which is operated by the government of the state of Louisiana. The division supervises more than 62,000 offenders. The Division of Probation and Parole/Adult has more than 15 offices throughout Louisiana. The Division of Probation and Parole/Adult operates a variety of substance abuse, anger management, job training and mental health treatment programs.
