Mrs. Frances & her staff have gone above & beyond my expectations. Being in my early 40's, I knew I needed hearing aids but just was not ready to let the whole world see that i wore them. Mrs. Frances who is so kind-hearted was willing to meet with my husband & I at our convenience. When I put them on--WOW--I could hear so clearly & they were not noticeable at all. Being Mrs. Frances has hearing loss herself & wears hearing aids is why I highly recommend QUALITY HEARING AIDS to get the "Perfect Fit". She is extremely knowledgeable and service is at its finest here. She is always available to help if any needs or concerns arise.
