this location is close to where i live but there is ALWAYS a problem...a messed up order, incomplete order or no ingredients to make what you order (ex. no bananas for a banana split-3 different occasions) this is ridiculous.

This Sonice does give fast service but they hardly ever get the order right. I ordered a grill cheese with xtra butter on the outside buns and everytime they would send me one with no butter or with only one side with butter. I always order a large butterfinger blast with xtra butterfinger and 7 out of 10 times there will be less butterfinger than if I hadn't order xtra butterfinger. oh and they refry the onion rings so they don't have to waste any. They have careless employees who don't pay attention to the orders. I even called the manager and the problems still aren't fixed. The problem is that american's have gotten used to cold french fries, incorrect orders and crappy service that we don't say anything to the managers about it. It's time we take a stand! If I pay $7.00 for a burger, fries and a drink then my burger better be dressed the correct way, my fries better be fresh and my drink filled to the top!!

the service was great. The food was fast and hot. The carhop was very friendly and nice.Sonic Drive In on Government Street gets 5 stars from me.

An employee was witnessed using her bare hands to adjust ice cream back onto a cup for a sundae, licking her fingers and then continuing to adjust the ice cream. When the manager was spoken to on the phone about this she assured me that the employee's hands were washed. She said their employees must use their bare hands to adjust the ice cream onto the sundae cups to keep it from falling out. This is their policy since they do not use gloves.
