I’m not one to write negative reviews and I’m usually very patient and diplomatic in my dealings with people and businesses. That being said, Splash is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve received better service from McDonalds on a bad day. At least I get something for my money other than a lot of wasted time. I would suggest digging a hole in your backyard and filling it with water over making any purchase with this company; much less a large purchase.

I've been trying to have my hot tub fixed for over a year. Waiting at home only to have no one show up. I have spoken to the manager & he assured me it would be fixed this time, that was 4 months ago. They even fired the original spa tech and the new one was coming,that was a month ago. This place is a complete joke!
