The manager still continues to be incompetent and insubordinate and thinks smoking at the entry of the property is okay and a good first impression on guests and residents as long as it's not in front of someone's door she says. I haven't had consistent Internet since I moved here in October. The staff litters the grounds with cigarette buds (which is a fire hazard). The cracks in my ceiling have started to form again in my apartment as well as the hallways of my building. Ironically though they fixed the cracks in the hallway, but refuse to fix mine. I've been in many older complexes and have not seen this happen. This is a result of poor construction.
