My husband & I started eating at Tiger Bait Grill last summer when we remodeled our kitchen. We love this place. We stop in at least once a week. The Greek Combo plate is addictive and the Fried Catfish is the best we have ever eaten. The owner always comes by our table to make sure everything is perfect and the staff is very attentive. I have gone here for years. I've forgiven poor/slow service because of the good food. But today I ordered Chicken Shwarma to go. When I got back to the office, I opened it to find a foil packet of Chicken shwarma meat and nothing else. I brought it back and told them that I don't have all of the order (pita bread, hummus, rice.) The owner had the audacity to tell me that that was what I ordered and what I got. I would have to pay an extra $5 to get the rest of it. Who just orders a foil packet of chicken shavings? Zero customer service. I won't be back.
