I agree with the others...the manager is lousy and hates children. She drives around on a golf cart looking for infractions, but if you have a problem, it never gets fixed. Also, despite being here 9 years and paying my rent every month, they decided to "not renew my lease" for NO REASON. I am a quiet person and keep to myself, unlike many people around there and she has no cause to remove me. DON'T LIVE HERE!

Lousy place to live. iwouldn't be here if I had a choice. Drugs and rime run rampid here. Not a place to reside if you have a choice. Stay away ower does not care any about residents other than if the rent is paid.

If you are looking for a place todump your mobile home this would be the place. I would not recomend living or consider living here!
