Ordered 12 uplights in purple to wash the walls for my wedding reception. Explained the effect wanted when ordering lights and I paid and extra $75 for delivery and setup. When the lights were delivered the reception hall coordinator told them these lights would not have the effect I wanted. Nothing was done to correct this--No phone call was made to see if different or additional lights were needed. I called after the wedding to express my disappointment with the lighting effect and see if I could recoup some of my delivery charge. I was told that I would get a call back. Two weeks later, I have NOT received a call back. I am very dissatisfied with Wyndchaser lighting and would NOT recommend them to anyone for any event.
