Established in 1962, AC Foundry is a total production facility designed to produce aluminum castings that meet customers exact specifications. Equipped with some of the latest technology in electric melting and automatic molding, the company produces high-quality castings, in a timely manner and in quantities from 25 to 250,000 pieces. Enhanced tooling flexibility allows it to run existing wood, plastic and metal tooling. Approximately 30 percent of the company s customer base is Tier 2/3 original equipment manufactures in the automotive industry. Other industries served include industrial equipment, material handling, hand tools, motor vehicle, fluid and pneumatic, utility and municipalities, transportation, plumbing, aftermarket automotive and office furniture. AC Foundry is headquartered in Battle Creek, Mich.
