Even though we've had many dogs, we knew we might be in over our heads with our new puppy, Dante. He was sweet, but also a bitey little land shark who didn't acknowledge us much at all and was tormenting our two patient older dogs. Our friend recommended DZ, and her dog is an angel, so I visited and Kelly showed me all around. I was impressed by how clean it is, and everyone was really friendly. We did the Board and Train program, and I was shocked to see him sitting on "his place" attentively waiting when I came to pick him up! He learned so much, is listening to us, and is significantly more affectionate as well. Hats off to Kelly and everyone at Dog Zone. Now it's up to us (with the help of Play and Train and classes at DZ) to keep him moving in the right direction. Many thanks!

I dropped both my girls off at Dog zone, they have been to day cares such as wagon tails before, but dog zone is a lot closer to my home. Well never the less the staff was rude, I had to reschedule my dogs drop off three weeks in a row. Finally when I came in for my apt they didn't even have me written down. To make matters worse the girl who does the evaluation process was extremely rude and straight up told me they had a ton of dogs already and since mine were a bit older and didn't grow up doing to day cares they probably wouldn't be allowed back. I should have left then but I didn't.. Then The evaluation fee that they told me was $35 went all the way up to $40, again I should have said never mind and took my dogs but no.. I decided they needed to do this and have fun! So I go to pick my girls up and the evaluation girl comes out and tells me my husky will not be welcomed back because she was sniffing around the fence instead of playing with other dogs and she was attached to her sister, our golden retriever.. Ugh they are sisters no way they liked to hang out... What a waste of money.. I will stick to wagon tails from now on.
