Stay clear of the owner broker Randall Labrecque he is an unprofessional and excuse my language A hole we were going to use him but he showed up a half hour late to showing us a house wrinkled polo shirt half tucked in a pair of blue shorts with a big bleach stain in them and 1 untied shoe the house he was a listing agent on while he was removing the key from the lock box standing right next to the natural gas meter I asked him what is the fuel source of this house he told me propane which clearly was not the case when we got inside the house I asked him what type of furnace the house had he told me forced air once we got in the basement it was clear that the house had a boiler system not forced air so how is this guy going to try to list something and when he shows that he knows nothing about not to mention the rude inconsiderate phone calls I now receive because of his lack of education I chose to go with a different agent. My best advice would be to not use this agent as your sellers or buyers agent because obviously he doesn't know what he's selling and he is very rude and unprofessional to the people he shows houses to.
