Carpet cleaning in September 2016. We have had Dave return to clean our carpets/furniture many times. This time we are readying to place the house on the market for sale. Because all the furniture was gone, we noticed some significant spots we didn't know existed before. Dave was able to get out our mysterious spots. He and his partner are prompt, professional and know how to care for carpets and furniture gently. Their dry clean technique allows carpeting/furniture/wool oriental rugs to dry within 3-4 hours (with ceiling fans going). The cost of this is similar to other carpet cleaning methods. I've been using Dave, with Magna-Dry, exclusively for years. He takes his time, cleans thoroughly and does a great job. His prices are VERY fair. I used a larger chain, one time, because I couldn't remember the name 'Magna-Dry'. They were expensive and didn't do nearly as well as Dave does.
