Do not stay here! The only convience this hotel has is being connected to the arena. When calling to make reservations it takes forever for someone to answer! Then we left something in our room and called when we got home to be told to leave a message with housekeeping. Then called again the next day to be told housekeeping would be in the next day, to just leave a message. Still it's been two days and have not heard nothing from them! You have to pay to park, no complementary coffee in the lobby or breakfast. Restaurant that shares the building only opens at a certain time of day! Then in the morning went to take a shower and could not turn on the shower, had to call down to lobby to figure it out. We had to pull really hard on the handle, was afraid to do so because you get charged if something breaks in the room!!! The beds and pillows were not all that comfortable. The elevator broke down between the floors and some people had to crawl out of the elevator. For the money you pay to stay here we expected more, doubt we will ever be back!!!
