Have gone to Norandos for several years now. Always excellent workmanship. Always done when promised and very pleasant owner. If you want it done right and done on time this is the place

DO NOT GO HERE! Here's a list of problems I had with a simple order:

1) Shop was closed during posted hours at the time I had scheduled for pickup

2) Rank was sewn in wrong orientation on the flight suit shoulders

3) Rank was not sewn straight on right shoulder

Shop owner told my wife the wrong orientation was my fault, since she had taped the rank on the way the way I showed her. In fact, she did not have tape when I showed her where the rank went - she only used chalk to mark the position! In addition, I had offered to leave the sewing spec sheet with her for reference. She told me she did not need it, since I showed her the location. She was rude to my wife when asked to fix this problem, stating she had not made a sewing error in 30 years!!! Note: The minimum number of stars allowed for a review is 1 - I would go lower if I could.
