Pasche's has become one of my favorite restaurants (if not my top pick.) By this point I have been there many times and the food has never disappointed, the ambiance is nice, and it is always clean. I first took a chance on it when it first opened not knowing what to expect, it won me over.

Items I recommend the most are the fried pickles (nobody does fried pickles like Pasche's), crawfish wrap, fried or blackened catfish, etoufee, and the seafood gumbo. Don't be afraid to try the alligator tail.... it really does taste like chicken.

For pickier eaters they do have things such as hamburgers, chicken tenders, etc. but personally I think it would be a shame to go and not have their specialties.

Pasche's is a refreshingly different restaurant for Battle Creek -- a comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great New Orleans style menu make it a place I enjoy frequently. The fish, notably the catfish, is perfectly fried. The muffelettas and jambalaya -- mmmm. And the daily specials are always tasty. Even the burgers -- hand pattied fresh everyday -- are fantastic.
