IF YOU WANT BAD SERVICE THIS IS THE PLACE! Very unprofessional company! Worked with Tamara Strole who did nothing but give me the run around on processing my loan. She is never in the office, does not follow up on anything, and the rest of the staff had no idea where she was whenever I would call. She is lazy and tried to rip me off!! I tried to report her to upper management to explain the challenges I was having with Tamara and guess what, never got a call back! Obviously, no one at this credit union cares about customer service.

The highest fee credit union ever heard of. Credit unions are supposed to be member owned but this is the most despicable financial institution that I have ever encountered!! They have the rudest and most unprofessional staff along with the most outlandish ways to charge you overdraft fees - and forget about courtesy or forgiveness if you run into trouble. DO NOT BANK HERE!
