They charged me $600 for an oil change and a supposed gas leak. They changed a tube in gas line that took the guy 2 hours to put back together. The worker even apologized for it taking so long, but they charged me anyway. I watched him lay under RV and do nothing. Also charged me $60 for small 3 inch tube, that I could have gotten at Napa for $2.00 and said they had to wait for part to come in so it took them all morning to get to it. Napa was only 2 miles from their shop. The gas leak was never fixed. I also asked them to check out the RV to make sure it was road worthy. The wind shield wipers we’re toast and brakes needed fluid. I don’t think they checked anything.

Terrible customer service. I've never written a review before and joined YP to specifically review B&B RV. I did not even bother bringing in my RV because individuals on the phone were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. Both people I talked to were impatient and rude. The man I talked to one the phone actually talked over me a number of times while I was explaining my issue. Taking my money pit elsewhere.
