This was a horrible experience! I have to agree completely with Justified1. I seriously could have written that review myself. The day of shooting the pictures was fun and great, but after was a nightmare! We didn't receive our holiday cards till almost 3 weeks after Christmas. I am STILL waiting on receiving my package back. The package was ordered almost 8 weeks ago! I am very unhappy and will NEVER use this photographer again, you shouldn't either. There are way better photographers in the Springfield/Ozark/Nixa area that cost the same price. She took weeks to return phone calls and always had an excuse.

Don't use her! What a flake. We had our family picture done from a groupon that was given to us. The photo shoot went great, but our first appointment to review the pics was cancelled and delayed a week (by her). When I went to the second appointment, I reviewed the pics and they looked great, The reviewing process was great (however only 1 out of about 150 had been edited). The problem is, she can't seem to produce any of our pictures. I actually purchased a package for $350 that included only 11 prints and a disk. She has been stalling for well over a month to get us our pictures. She rarely returns phone calls, and when she does she makes promises that never come through. Don't waste your time with this place!!! Really bad experience. We're feeling very ripped off at this point. We paid a lot of money that we didn't plan on spending, and have gotten nothing in return.
