I moved to this area from Savannah, Ga. and was looking for a great vet for my 2 "4-legged" children. Dr. Padgett was highly recommend by friend who is also a huge animal lover. I took her advice and carried my hairless crested to Dr. Padgett when my crested developed a granuloma on his shoulder. I was very impressed not only with Dr. Padgett but with his entire staff. It is obvious that everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable about their job and how to care for animals. It was evident from the moment that they took my dog from my arms by the way they carried him. He felt safe and secure in their arms. It is also evident that everyone in the office cares very much about the "patients" that they treat. I can tell that by the actions of the technicians and the way my animals respond to them.

In addition, Dr. Padgett is very easy to talk to, he listens to what you have to say, he goes the extra mile to make certain that you understand what is happening with your pet. If there are options in regards to treatment, he will give you the options and the pros and cons of each.



Having searched high and low in the city of Savannah trying to find a vet that I felt comfortable with in the treatment of a hairless crested, I was left feeling hopeless until I found Dr. Stanley Lester. I was heartbroken having to leave Dr. Lester behind.



However, I am so relieved that I have found a veterinarian that I am equally as comfortable with and that I have the same amount of confidence in as I did Dr. Lester. Dr. Padgett is an excellent veterinarian. Having taken my hairless to numerous veterinarians when he was a puppy( due to stomach issues) I feel that I have earned the right to say that Dr. Padgett is top notch in his field in this area, including the vets in the Savannah area. In addition, you will not find a better supporting team than his technicians and staff!!!
